So, you'd like to know about us?
The general gist is that we, MILLIONHANDS, create Limited Edition clothing - often in collaboration with record labels and recording artists. We sell worldwide via this web store, some record stores and pop-ups.
MILLIONHANDS began with the simple idea: "make some cool stuff, with some cool people."
The brand was started by me, Tom Mangan (top left in the Let's Play House tee) back in July 2009 while I was living in Berlin for a year. As it so happened, early 2009 saw the coldest Berlin winter for 10 years, which meant I had plenty of time indoors to get creative!
At the time I was making and playing music, and I wanted to combine my love of great tees with the inspiring folk I met in the world of electronic music. Our inaugural collabs were with Made to Play & acid house hero Adonis (who I hunted out on myspace) & more recently we've joined forces with R&S records, Tuskagee, International Feel, Let's Play House, Visionquest & Soul Clap.
From our initial collection of tees for friends & friends-of-friends we've grown up a little. Our customers come from all over the world (as far flung as Outer Mongolia), and now we release vinyl as well as clothes, and we also offer MH_Bespoke drops for record labels or brands.
As the the repetitive beat connects the dancers on the floor, Millionhands connects the dancers with the labels they love. We are a growing tribe too. Inclusive, not exclusive, a nod and a wink to those that know.
I still write the tunes under guise Tee Mango. Look out for more MH vinyl to be released soon!
Do get involved... don't be shy!
