AND UNION started in 2007 when the trio of a father, a son & his long time business partner & friend decided to start working hand-in-hand with four small Bavarian breweries that are family-owned and family-run to create craft lager & ales that are not only proud to produce for their customers, but love to drink themselves. 

Their biers are unfiltered and unpasteurised, which allows for a fuller, richer taste and smoother mouthfeel.

‘Analog Bier for a Digital World’ is what they like to call it.
